Interview Process
Our process of recruiting people involves interaction between you and us. This is done as we would be able to understand about your capabilities and you would also get an insight about us.

While we understand that this process is a serious step, we keep it as informal as possible. This is because we look for your capabilities to communicate, listen, present yourself effectively, analytic capabilities, career goals, your strengths and weakness, your passion and the areas that you would like to grow in.

Also, we would like to spend the time to understand your ability for creative thinking and curiosity. We appreciate passion for work and life and energy in your personality.

The interview process involves case interviews, your experience interview including your background and space for you to reciprocate with question to understand us.

The case interview would feature a business problem that the interviewer would seek to solve with you. As there are no right or wrong answers in most business situations, your intrigue, interactive questions and ability to channel your thoughts for a probable way forward is what we look for. Needless to say, it would be intellectually challenging and it would give you an opportunity for you to expand your thought.
